Your VanIsle Ride Report is a great read. Good pictures, too. Many and good. As usual, an inspirational piece of work – at least that’s how it worked for me. Made me jealous to not have been there. Should you find the time perhaps you can elaborate a bit on some of the equipment you used and how it worked; or the equipment from others that you found interesting…or bad. As usual your information – based on simplicity, frugality and basic appreciation for life’s little great things -- is sound advice for us beginners.
